Political Correctness

Lately, political correctness has come up a lot during the day in conversations with my peers and mentors. Personally, I don't believe political correctness just because of the fact that no matter what somebody does these days, there will always be someone who will be offended. Like when a white person says the "N" word, no offence meant but i hear black people say it all the time and no one cares when they say it. Races isn't the only time, religion is also a big factor now-a-days. We are encouraged not to say Christmas Tree it has to be a Holiday Tree,why, because people get offended by the word Christmas. It just doesn't make sense to me, Canada and the US were born on christianism why should we morph our believe to those who are immigrating to our country, shouldn't that mean that the Jewish or the Middle East Indians would have to do the same for us. I think its just getting out of hand on our home turf. Tell me what you think.
